What Callback is
Callback is an iOS audition platform: rehearsal, AI scene partner, coaching, self-tape recording, and submission tracking. We provide the tools; you bring the audition.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID and Callback account secure. Don't share access. If you suspect a compromise, email hello@cback.app immediately.
Acceptable use
Use Callback for your own audition prep. Don't redistribute the AI scene-partner audio for commercial use, don't try to reverse engineer the app, and don't use the service to abuse, harass, or defame anyone.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium and Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Pricing shown in-app is authoritative. Cancel anytime in Settings → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
AI output
Coaching notes from Milo are guidance, not professional career advice. Outputs may be wrong, biased, or contain mistakes. Use your judgment.
Your content
You retain ownership of every script you upload and every take you record. You grant Callback a limited license only to operate the service for you (storage, transcription, AI analysis you request). We do not use your content to train AI models.
Service availability
Callback is offered as-is. We try hard to keep things up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime by emailing hello@cback.app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
If we materially change these terms, we'll email registered users before the change takes effect.
